These blue cheese crackers rolled in chopped pecans started with a martini. While at a restaurant in Vegas, John fell in love with the blue cheese stuffed olives. The bartender was kind enough to track down the olive maker , who happens to also be the cheese maker. Coincedentally, they are located only an hour away from our home here in Napa Valley! We hope you like these crackers with the same voracity that John liked those olives.
