We first fell in love with this style of cheese cracker when visiting Colonial Williamsburg. In one of the taverns they have a nightly event called Gambols. Everything is lit by candlelight, there’s no technology, and you gather with your family and friends to play colonial games and eat delightful little snacks. Here is where we fell in love with Cheese Nibbles and as soon as we got home recreated them. They’ve been a staple at family holidays ever since and we’re now delighted to bring them to you.
