These spices pecans have been part of the family repertoire for as long as any of us can remember. The recipe was developed by Carol Anderson, the late matriarch of the family. Traditionally we’ve used them on a butter lettuce salad every Thanksgiving. We’ve also been using them in our signature Pecan Caramel chocolate truffle at Woodhouse Chocolate. You can use them in a recipe, sweet or savory, or just snack on them by the handful!
