In BBQ competitions the very point of BBQ sauce is to elevate and highlight the food you’ve put it on without ovepowering or covering up the tate of the dish We use this sauce in the traditional BBQ sense as a coatin for ribs, chicken, brisket etc., but we also use it as an ingredient in our baked beans. John’s favorite application for it is pizza!
